Back in March, Sean and I filmed a dance audition video using a 2 camera setup. We had a lot of fun with the lighting, utilizing the following:
- Backlight Aputure 60x rigged to the ceiling scaffolding
- Tube light to add color to the wall in the background
- Spotlight with a cookie to add the pattern
- Menace arm overhead with a lantern to add soft light wrapping around her
- Booklight off camera as a Key from the left, flagging it off to minimize shadows on the wall.
This project was fun as it was a one day shoot and required quick setups and some creative rigging in order to avoid reflections from the mirrors. We wish Avery all of the luck and for sure she will be picked up somewhere with her talents!
